Refund and Cancellation
Cancellation Request Procedure
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through official Adokshaya World Tours and Travels Private Limited communication channels. Verbal or informal requests will not be considered valid. The date of cancellation will be determined based on the date the written request is received
Cancellation Timeline
Refund eligibility depends on the number of days remaining before the scheduled travel date. Earlier cancellations generally attract lower charges, while last-minute cancellations may result in higher deductions. Exact timelines depend on service provider policies.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be applicable where only a portion of services has been used. Service fees, convenience charges, and taxes may not be refundable. The refundable amount depends on the extent of service utilization and vendor rules.
Non-Refundable Bookings
Certain bookings, including promotional offers, discounted packages, peak-season travel, and special deals, may be non-refundable. Such conditions will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. Customers are encouraged to review these terms before payment.
No-Show Policy
No refunds will be provided in cases of no-show, early departure, or unused services. Failure to utilize booked services does not qualify for a refund. This policy applies to all components of the travel package.
Cancellation by Adokshaya World Tours and Travels Private Limited
In rare situations where Adokshaya World Tours and Travels Private Limited cancels a service due to operational reasons, customers may be offered an alternative arrangement. If a refund is applicable, it will be processed only for recoverable amounts. Non-recoverable third-party costs will not be refunded.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are generally processed within seven to fourteen working days. Processing time may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, or service providers. Holidaymint is not responsible for delays beyond its control.
Mode of Refund
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking. Requests for alternative refund modes may not be accommodated. Adokshaya World Tours and Travels Private Limited does not provide cash refunds.
Flight Cancellation and Refunds
Flight bookings are governed by airline-specific cancellation and refund policies. Adokshaya World Tours and Travels Private Limited has no control over airline refund decisions. Refunds, if approved, depend entirely on airline processing.
Hotel Cancellation and Refunds
Hotel cancellations are subject to the individual hotel’s policies and seasonal rules. Peak season and festival period bookings may attract stricter cancellation terms. Refunds depend on hotel confirmation and approval.
